Banana Nut Bread

This recipe has become a staple around our house, primarily because we somehow always have overripe bananas. I have made this many many times now, and have tried variations of this recipe.  What I have settled upon is the version I love best. I used this recipe by Martha Stewart, but left out the vanilla and sour cream (which I didn’t like). I prefer walnuts in my banana nut bread (but pecans or cashews work too). I also added a dash of cinnamon. So simple. So perfect. Enjoy!
